Breakroom cut cost per lead 41% on TikTok while lead volume grew 76% month on month.
Breakroom had ambitious growth goals and a hard cost per lead target. The big platforms had become too expensive to grow volume without pushing cost per lead up.

The challenge.
Breakroom's popular ad platforms had grown too expensive. Adding volume there meant a higher cost per lead, and Breakroom's target for that cost was demanding.

What PUSH did.
PUSH added TikTok to the existing mix for its low CPMs and engaged community, and shared budget by performance instead of moving everything across. Ads copied the native style of Breakroom's organic TikTok videos, and PUSH used each ad's results to shape the next video.
Creatives were refreshed every two weeks, and a phase-testing framework found the audiences and ads that converted most cheaply.
