The challenge.
Each time a training deck or resource guide changed, the content team copied the content, ran it through a translation tool and spent hours reformatting the result in Canva before it could go to a client.
For a small team running two brands, one update cycle took 6 to 8 hours. The team was cutting how often it updated materials to keep up with demand, and repeated translation made consistency hard.

What PUSH did.
PUSH built a knowledge base for both brands from website content and internal documents such as proposals, pricing, testimonials and tone-of-voice guides, and distilled 437 reference documents into 9 files. Three Claude Projects sit on top: one for each brand and a shared email assistant that understands both voices.
For translation, content exported from Canva goes to Claude with the brand's tone-of-voice instructions, and Claude returns Dutch text structured for reimport. That automates 75% of the localisation work. The remaining 25% is design QA in Canva, where people check the formatting. Staff also use the Projects every day for email drafts, proposals and client communications.
