The challenge.
Nordic works in a high-value niche where clicks are expensive and competitors bid on its brand name. The goal was more leads without losing the conversion quality the account was known for, with cost control and a healthy mix of form fills and phone calls as the other measures.

What PUSH did.
PUSH simplified the account. Underperforming ad groups were removed or merged so budget concentrated where it worked. A selection of broad match keywords opened up a lot more search volume, kept in check by close keyword management.
Responsive search ads were tested and refined, and traffic was sent to high-intent pages. The result was more leads on about 6% less spend overall.
